Born April 11, 1960, in Tampa Florida, Terryl Lipsey was addicted to drugs for over 21years, overdosed 4 times, eating out of trash cans and slept in abandon houses. Then one day he meet Jesus Christ, and now has been in ministry for 23 years traveling the United States, and even to India and Africa to spread the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Also preaching in some airports in China, Germany, Amsterdam, and Switzerland. Evangelist Terryl Lipsey has been free from drugs as of 2025 for 23 years.
